Event Tips!

To keep your event running smoothly...

  • Set the mood: Days before the event, encourage guests to be prepared to laugh, and be amazed!
  • Use Invitation printout or logos here
  • Let your guests know this is Magic for adults
  • Give performer clear driving directions
  • Reserve a space for parking and unloading equipment 
  • Prepare a 6x6 performance area away from foot traffic
  • Arrange audience chairs semicircle or staggered rows, front facing the performer, not surrounding
  • Showtime is strict! Announce a 10 minute pre-show gathering into performance area
  • It is important to clear area of televisions, background noise, children, servers and background distractions.
  • Remind guests who pull out their cameras, there is NO show recordings allowed, as it is copyrighted material.
  • Let guests know the show lasts 45 minutes
  • After the show, announce that there is a 15 minute after-show to meet and greet, and allow Noel to perform a few close up illusions!
